everything was good, including excellent staff and marvellous location to the servant quarters for which one ends up paying anywhere between 2500-3500 per night+gst. location in the centre of the city was a plus. there was a garden restaurant nearby.

Comfy hotel with gentle staff, it has excellent location in the centre of Mysore. Living in the center of the town gives a special feeling. The dinner in the garden restaurant is what you need. Excellent service and the food is outstanding.

Charming ambiance with enchanting gardens
The hotel's fine heritage hotel and its sprawling gardens created a magical atmosphere during our family stay. The Princess Room we occupied was spacious, well-ventilated, and complimented by a lovely breeze from the large windows. The attentive staff, especially Mr Syed and Charan, ensured we felt welcome and taken care of, providing an overall warm experience. Although the food could use refinement, especially at breakfast, the ambiance and charm of the surroundings were nice.

The hotel's ambiance was charming, but the damp rooms filled with mosquitos were quite unbearable, ruining any chance of relaxation. Plus, I had to ask multiple times for cleaning, which finally happened on the third day. All I wanted was a little upgrade or at least some principle of management, but I guess that's too much to ask for.
